The terms and conditions apply to services provided and the purchase of products from Coiffeur Elena Sullivan.
1a. Trainee / Teaching daughter discounts
You also have the opportunity to get discounts on all services if they are completely handled by our apprentice daughter. The objection period of 1 week is void.
Appointments with our apprentice at a discount are only valid by arrangement and we decide which services she has already been trained in.
1b. Employee allocation

2. Cancellation or no-show

4. Complaints or defects
Complaints or defects must be submitted in person to the salon immediately or within 1 week. Defects or complaints are corrected in the form of the service provided. Compensation in cash is excluded.

Money returns or discounts are excluded in all cases.

We give the Keratin Bonding hair extension on our offer a guarantee up to 6 months after the first appointment, which only includes the following:

Cash only on the appointment. We do not have a card device and do not accept this payment method.
For security reasons and money exchange, we do not accept 1000 notes.
The prices are described exactly on our website www.elena-sullivan.com and these prices are valid, please inform yourself in advance. Price changes will be announced at least 1 month in advance.

We do not guarantee that the products will be available at all times.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal period
The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
